We are currently looking for a Marketing and Business Manager to join our friendly team. We offer the flexibility of home working as well as office working.

The role:
You will be responsible for managing the company’s marketing initiatives, using market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. You will oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
You will work closely with the Director and Operations Manager regarding business development and growth, building links with key stakeholders. You will write business and marketing development plans.
You will plan visual content and written communications and ensure that these reach our audiences effectively.

About you:
You will have a strong understanding of digital channels such as SEO, PPC, email and social media, as well as the ability to interpret customer insight and help drive and evolve the marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.
You will have excellent writing and copy editor skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, in person, via phone, or via email.

You will have:
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to multi-task.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to professionally represent WCM’s office.
• Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team.
• Attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise.
• Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters.
• A full driving licence as you may need to travel to assist with conferences, events, etc.

Your experience:
• Social Media: 2 years (preferred)
• Social Media Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
• Knowledge of the healthcare/case management industry would be desirable, but not essential.
• Knowledge of standard office software, MS Office 365, Adobe Suite, etc required.
• Working knowledge and familiarity with graphic design software such as, Photoshop, Canva, and video editing.
• Demonstrable experience of creating successful content marketing plans across several platforms, working with Email Service Providers and working knowledge of WordPress.

In return:
There are excellent rewards for the right candidate – remuneration of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum.

Office Assistant required to work as part of an established team based in Bishopsteignton, Devon.

Your role will involve working in a busy office as part of a team providing office support to a group of professionals.
You will be assisting the existing staff with administration, such as formatting reports, filing, letters, updating spreadsheets and files, scanning, post and phone calls.

Previous experience of working in administration and in an office environment is essential.
You must be proficient with keyboard and IT applications (this will be tested during the selection process).

Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel is essential; level of expertise supported by relevant qualifications would be desirable.

Support Worker

Required to provide support to a 16 year old young man with cerebral palsy who lives in Pontypridd. He requires assistance with all personal care, eating / drinking (mainly via PEG feed) and all toileting needs. He is sling hoisted for all transfers and uses eye gaze/gestures to communicate.

He is a keen football fan and enjoys following this on TV. He enjoys chatting and interacting with others (although not when the footie is on!).

You will be required to support with all daily living needs, helping to access hydrotherapy pool, carry out a physiotherapy plan and support him to access social activities. You will also need to complete all aspects of domestic support in order to keep his environment clean.

Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred
A full driving licence is essential.

You must be registered with OR working towards registration with Social Care Wales

You must hold a recognised Health and Social Care qualification (NVQ Level 2 or a Diploma) OR have completed the All Wales Induction Framework, or be willing to complete this within 6 months of starting if successful

110 – 120 hours per 4 week period.

Applicants MUST be available for following shifts:
Wednesday 14.30 through to Thursday 10.30
Friday 14.30 through to Saturday 11.00
Saturday 11.00 through to Sunday 11.00 (alternate weeks)
Sunday 11.00 through to Monday 11.00 (alternate weeks)

Shifts are worked on a 2:1 basis.


£10.95 - £11.98 per hour

The client is physically independent but needs support with all areas of daily living, including transport her to and from college, self-care activities, household activities, vocational activities, leisure activities and socialising.

You must be registered with OR working towards registration with Social Care Wales.

You must hold a recognised Health and Social Care qualification (NVQ Level 2 or a Diploma) OR have completed the All Wales Induction Framework, or be willing to complete this within 6 months of starting if successful.

Previous experience, full driving licence and own car essential, as you will be required to drive the client to college.
Competent IT skills are desirable.

16 hours per week consisting of:
5 x 2 hour shifts 7.30am – 9.30am weekdays
2 x 3 hours shifts 3.00pm – 6.00pm weekdays

For the right candidates, we could consider offering hours on a morning only and an evening only basis, ie 10 hours in the mornings for role 1, and 6 hours in the evenings for role 2.
